A quick guide to confidence pools and how SnapCount runs them.
Every week, you pick a winner for every game — and rank how confident you are in each pick. Your most confident pick gets the highest point value that week; your least confident pick gets the lowest. If you're right, you earn those points. If you're wrong, you earn nothing for that game.
Nothing counts until you tap Save Week. Make changes anytime before the deadline — but if you edit a pick and don't hit Save again, that edit doesn't count; only what you last saved is used. If you never hit Save at all for a week, it's treated as fully unpicked.
If an NFL game itself ends in a tie (rare, but it happens), that game is voided — nobody earns points for it, no matter who they picked.
Everyone in your pool ranked by total points, with your own rank highlighted — including how far you are behind the person ahead of you. If your pool has money on the line, you'll see live payout amounts here too.
A look at what everyone else in your pool is thinking for the current week — which team the majority is taking in each game, and how confident people are on average.
Your own personal history — every week you've played, your points and record each week, your best week, and (if your pool tracks money) what you've earned so far.
SnapCount doesn't process any real payments — no money moves through the app. If your pool has an entry fee, that's a real conversation between you and your pool's admin, handled outside the app. What you see here is just the math.
You can be in more than one pool at once with the same account. Use "My Pools" to jump between them, or add another pool anytime with a join code — as long as it's before that pool's season locks (see below). New members need admin approval before they can start picking.
Once Week 1's picks lock for the season, that's it — no exceptions, for the rest of the season. Specifically: the join code stops working, no new members can join or be added by an admin, nobody can start a new pool, and nobody can add themselves to an additional pool. If you're already in, you're in — you just can't bring anyone else in after this point.

SnapCount ("we," "us," "our") operates snapcount.xyz, an NFL confidence pool app. This page explains what information we collect, how it's used, and your choices.
We use your information to operate the app — creating your account, running your pools, calculating standings, and letting pool admins manage their own pools. We do not sell your personal information.
SnapCount displays ads served by Google AdSense (and, in the future, may use Google Ad Manager for video ads). These services may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage your ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.
Account and pool data is stored securely using Supabase, our database provider. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can request that your account and associated data be deleted at any time by reaching out through the app or to the contact below. If you're a member of a pool, you can also ask your pool's admin to remove you.
SnapCount is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of SnapCount after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Paid/unpaid is just the admin's own tracking — set it per member in the Members tab. It doesn't change the pot; the app assumes everyone with the access code is in.
Even though this pays out weekly, you might only settle up once at the end of the season. This is the running total of what everyone's actually earned so far — so nobody gets lost if they only placed once back in Week 2.
